Louis (Lou) DeGregorio
President

DeGregorio began his career in 1973 working for Paul-Son Gaming Supplies. After working his way through the ranks, he eventually ascended to Senior Vice President of Sales where he played a pivotal role in the company’s success as the largest casino supplier in the world. In 1991, he formed DP Stud Incorporated to acquire the patent rights to Caribbean Stud, a ground-breaking new game that started the ‘novelty/carnival game’ revolution. During a successful ten-year run with Caribbean Stud, he also introduced No Commission Baccarat, Progressive Pai Gow Poker, and other new games. In 1997, he started JNLU, LLC, to provide edge-lite signage to casinos and other industries. JNLU then became the distributor for the QuickDraw Shuffler, placing shufflers in Nevada, California, and Michigan, until acquired by Shuffle Master Incorporated in 2000. In 2005, all rights to Caribbean Stud were sold to DEQ Systems (Quebec City, Canada) where Degregorio remained as the Executive Vice President. In November 2015, Degregorio left DEQ Systems to exclusively dedicate his time, resources, experience, and expertise to the ST project, managing the day-to-day operations, overseeing he ongoing development of the ST’s product line and technologies, and providing the guidance as ST prepares to introduce the next revolutionary platform in table-game security.

Craig Ghelfi
Senior Consultant/Advisor

A graduate of Arizona State with a BS in Business Administration, Ghelfi’s career as an upper management executive starts with a 20-year tenure at the Golden Gate Hotel & Casino, where he would eventually hold the position of Managing Partner. During this time, Ghelfi was also a member of the Downtown Progress Association (“The Fremont Street Experience”), serving as chairman from 1988-1990. In 1994, while assisting in the development of the Gold Shore Casino (Biloxi, Mississippi), he was promoted to Vice President of Project Development. In 1995, Ghelfi joined Lady Luck Hotel & Casino as the Chief Operating Officer, and later joined the Mandalay Resort Group as Director of Casino Operations for their Detroit project, then becoming the Vice President/General Manager of the MotorCity Casino. In 2001, he was Vice President of Casino Operations and later Chief Operating Officer for the Greektown Casino (Detroit, Michigan). Ghelfi then worked as a special advisor/consultant for several years before accepting the General Manager position for the Majestic Star Casinos in 2012, which he held until his retirement in 2015. Ghelfi came out of retirement to offer his extensive operational expertise and wisdom to the ST project.

Dino DeGregorio
Consultant/Advisor and Secretary/Treasurer

A 2007 graduate of the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State with a BS in Marketing, Degregorio’s gaming career started in the manufacturing/supply end of the business with VSR Industries. During his six-year tenure with VSR, he held many positions; starting as a project manager, he would eventually become the youngest General Manager in the company’s 40-year history. While at VSR, he spearheaded the launch of VSR’s cabinet division where all aspects of this division fell under his purview. During VSR’s stellar growth, Degregorio became the Director of Operations responsible for engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and customer service. In 2014 he left VSR to pursue his entrepreneurial spirit and build two successful companies outside of gaming. In 2013, he joined ST to lend his expertise in project management, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing.
